At anatomy we are committed to ethical practice in all stages of production.

As far as possible we use natural, organic ,recycled fabrics in order to help irradicate the problem of landfill which is becoming increasingly serious. Our choice of organic fibres from sustainable sources that are both durable and biodegradable is another important factor.

People are already more demanding  towards their choice of many consumer products from food to skincare but have felt compromised when it came to fashion. Now fair trade, organic and ethical are key words in the fashion industry so you have a much wider market place.

Anatomy wants you to have the same choice of contemporary ,cutting edge design as in the conventional fashion forum, with a clear conscience regarding the ethical issues we all care about.

Anatomys founder -   Claire Macauley

Something I feel strongly about and is also an environmental / ethical issue is the current trend for real fur being widely used by some people in the fashion industry. This kind of thoughtless cruelty is unethical and unacceptable and I hope the public awareness can be refocused on this retrogressive development to make sure this cynical and seedy trade is stopped.
